Zach Johnson

Zach began his career in the restoration industry in 2002. Zach holds several industry-related certifications and has accumulated over 700 hours of formal industry training. Zach is responsible for job coordination and organization for each Core One client.

Growing up, Zach was an avid golfer and still enjoys playing competitive rounds today. Zach is married to Allyson and has 3 children: Greyson, Peyton and Madeline.


Jason Faulkenberry

Jason previously served in the fire service for 14 years full time with the City of Seneca Fire Department, 3yrs Salem Fire Department (part time), and 3yrs with the Walhalla Fire Department (part time).
He earned Associates in Fire Science and Bachelors of Fire Administration from Columbia Southern University, along with many other national and state certifications from the South Carolina Fire Academy.
Jason enjoy gunsmithing, reading military history, jeeping and spending time with family and friends. He is married to Summer and has a yellow Labrador, Latti.

Brendan Wright

Brendan Wright was the first full-time technician hired and trained by Core One, relocating from Myrtle Beach to Jacksonville to begin a new journey in the restoration industry. Brendan’s expertise in the Industrial coatings industry is an asset to his transition to Core One. He is now responsible for multiple tasks on each job through the entire process, including site inspections, demolition, materials delivery and coordinating with subcontractors. Brendan enjoys creative outlets like photography, writing and filmmaking. He is a native of the Boston area and remains loyal to his hometown teams; the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins.

Rick “Buck” Buckner

Buck is from Greensboro, NC and most of his family currently resides there. Buck now lives in Myrtle Beach, SC. Buck has a wide variety of skills from his experience as a school teacher, to bar owner, to sales in the hotel/motel and foodservice industries for the past 20 years. Buck joined Core One Restoration in the Fall of 2019. Buck is Director of Business Development. This includes tasks like, calling on insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and property managers, as well as employee search and hiring, vendor relations, and other tasks. Buck is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and obtained his degree in Education. Buck enjoys running and golf in his spare time. He is an active member in Carolina Forest Community Church.

Lee is the newest member of our team. Originally from Lynchburg, VA,  he helped run his family’s non-profit manufacturing business, dealing in screen printing and embroidery.  Two of their main customers were the U.S. MINT and Smithfield Foods; making the coin bags for the MINT and country ham bags for Smithfield.  Lee played golf for Longwood University and achieved the top ranked amateur golfer in VA prior to moving to SC. Lee has worked as a golf professional and superintendent at courses since. Lee is very detailed and task oriented.
